I found a wonderful way to donate directly to local families. www.SmallCanBeBig.org is a local non-profit organization which allows one to find a family you’d like to help. And 100% of your donation will join donations from others to directly pay an urgent bill or need for a local family on the edge. I just donated $10 towards a family who needs $374 to stay in their apartment after some family crisis'.
